Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff wafer crumbs, about 5 oz wafers
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Cranberry-Fig Compote(recipe in keyingredient), or store-bought whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup Sugared Cranberries, optional (recipe in Keyingredient)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, tossing with a fork. Divide evenly among 8 (6-oz) glasses or ramekins.

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt. Spoon or pipe mixture evenly into glasses. Cover; chill at least 2 hours and up to 2 days. Before serving, dollop evenly with compote; sprinkle with Sugared Cranberries, if using.
