Ingredients
- 2 cups mini shells or elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, any flavor. I like gouda or cheddar or both!!
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- a dash of hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter in casserole dish. Cool slightly. Add pasta and toss to coat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Cover and cook for about an hour - 1 1/2 total (depends on which pasta shape you are using), stirring well at 30 mins, and then every 15 mins after that.
