Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 large onions, chopped (3 cups)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 envelopes (or cubes) beef boullion
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cans (1 pound 12 oz. each) Italian tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 package Rice-A-Roni
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables (from a 2 pound bag)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Add onions a garlic, stirring occasionally until soft. Add all remaining ingredients and cook til simmering. Cook til rice-a-roni is done and flavors blend. Serve and enjoy!
