  • 192 g (2 cups) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 62 g (1/2 cup) Peanut Flour
  • 13 g (2 tbs) Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Double-Acting Baking Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 185 g (3/4 cup) Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 64 g (1/4 cup) Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar/oil added)
  • 2 tsp Stevia Extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9″ brownie pan with parchment paper both ways.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, peanut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
3. Whisk in the milk.
4. Whisk in the applesauce, then the peanut butter, and then the stevia extract. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for ~40 minutes, or until the surface springs back when tapped. Let cool slightly, then serve!
