Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chicken breasts boiled & boned
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water or liquid from boiled chicken. (Can use chicken broth)
- 1 pkg onion soup mix

Cooking time 50mins

Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Spray glass 9X13 pan with vegetable spray PAM
3) Spread bottom of greased pan with rice
4) Top rice with chicken pieces (cut up into bite size is a good way to save cutting later)
5) In blender mix the soups, liquid and onion soup mix
6) Pour the blended mixture over the chicken & rice
7) Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
