  • 2 cups refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk (such as Silk)
  • Fresh mint leaves and pomegranate arils for garnish

Step 1

Muddle fresh mint leaves, lime wedge, granulated sugar, and kosher salt in a cocktail shaker. Add white rum, coconut water, and ice cubes; shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a serving pitcher.
