Best Ribs Ever

I finally cracked the code to company worthy ribs - the Dutch oven! A simple dry rub, a can of beer and 2.5 hours later you are ready to grill. A great way to entertain because you can cook the ribs the day before and just finish them on the grill.

Ingredients
- Dry Rub:
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Mix well. I used half of this rub on two slabs of ribs.
- For the BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Heat oven to 300. Rub the ribs with the dry rub liberally. Put in Dutch oven with a lid, add 1 can of beer and cook for 2.5 hours.
To finish, grill with bbq sauce for about 3-4 minutes per side, just until the bbq sauce starts to caramelize.
