- 1.5 oz Sunday Gin
- .75 oz rose petal tea syrup (recipe below)
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to chill thoroughly. Strain into a stemless wine glass and garnish with a slice of lemon and a mini rose!
Rose Petal Tea Syrup: Steep 1 cup of your favorite rose petal tea – we get ours from Point Loma Tea. Let steep as directed. Add one cup of sugar. Dissolve, cool and store in the fridge.
