Step 1
In a saucepan add 1 c apple cider and juice of 1/2 of a lemon. Sprinkle 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over it and let bloom about 5 minutes. Place pan over medium heat and bring to simmer, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Stir in 1 c fireball and remove from heat. Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Whip cream for garnish.
