Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll Up's 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf of white bread
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon (depending on how strong you want the cinnamon flavor, I used 2)
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of powered sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Whipped Cream in the can (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl mix your cream cheese with the powered sugar and set aside.
On a large plate mix your sugar and cinnamon and spread evenly over the surface of the plate and set aside.
In a small dish melt your butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and set aside.
Cut the crusts off of your bread and use a rolling pin to flatten each piece of bread out.
Spread about 1/2 - 3/4 of a tablespoon of cream cheese on each piece of flattened bread.
Roll your bread and cream cheese up and then quickly dunk all sides in butter.
Immediately roll in your sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place your coated bread pieces on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
Add whipped cream to the top and serve immediately!
