Ingredients
- 2 TABLESPOONS KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- 1/2 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
- 1/4 TEASPOON TUMERIC
- 1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1/4 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
- 1/8 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER AND A PINCH (1/16 TEASPOON) CINNAMON
- 1 TEASPOON SUGAR (OPTIONAL) (USED ON BAKED SWEET POTATO, BARBECUED CHICKEN OR BAKED SALMON)

Step 1
COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL AND MIX WELL. POUR THE MIXTURE IN A SMALL JAR OR EMPLY SPICE BOTTLE TO STORE.
NOTE: THIS AMOUNT OF CAYENNE PEPPER WILL FLAVOR BUT WITHOUT MUCH HEAT, CAN ADD A BIT MORE FOR MORE HEAT.
