Use a cocktail shaker (a shaker is better but can use Mason jar if needed) put the shaker in the freezer because want to cool it down as if it is chiled then it will turn the cream into whipped faster and it will have a stiffer texture. Can also flavor the cream by mixing 4-6 oz cream (whipping cream) and 1/2 to 3/4 oz simple syrup. Can flavor it by adding cinnamon or vanilla to the syrup. Can use alcohol but stay away if over 40 proof. Prefer high sugar liqueurs.
