Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) container nonfat sour cream alternative
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic, and liquid hot pepper seasoning until well blended. Cover; chill until serving time. Serve as a dip with crackers.
