butternut squash with apple sasuage and apples

Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and 1 inch cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 vegan apple sasuage, sliced diagonal
- 1/2 red onion peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped sage
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground fennel
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 fuji apple, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400 degree. drizzle oil on squash and roast 30-40 minutes until tender. salt and pepper
in a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter add sasuage links and sliced onion when onion soften, sprinkle 1 tbsp sage, allspice, fennel and pepper over onion and sasuage.cook until onions are transparent and sasuage is warmed through. set aside.
in skillet melt 1 tbsp butter over medium high heat. cook apple slices until tender.
