Asian Chicken

Ingredients

• Asian Sauce:
• 4 Chicken breast skin on
• Garlic Salt and Pepper
• 1/2 c Dale's Sauce
• 1/4 c olive oil
• 1/3 c brown sugar
• 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 T garlic
• 1 T onion powder
• 1 tsp sage
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 T corn starch
• 1/2 c water
• 4 glugs Tabasco or Lousianna hot sauce
• 1 T ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Dales into cornstarch slowly until combined without lumps.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Put chicken into casserole dish and cover with mixture.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165.
