- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup of ground flax seed
- 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini M & M's
