Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1/2 lb firm tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 cups veg broth
- 1 tbsp grated ginger root
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz ramein noodles
- 1 small onion, sliced lengthwise
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 lb bag frozen oriental style vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat and saute tofu for 2-3 minutes. until golden on all sides.
In large stock pot, bring broth to a boil. add ginger and red pepper, teriyaki sauce, garlic and noodles. simmer 2 minutes.
stir in browned tofu, frozen vegs and onion, return to boil and simmer 2 minutes more. stir in sliced scallions. serve.
