Ingredients
- 16 ounces baby spinach
- 1 cup almond slices, toasted
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon finely minced shallot
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Step 1
Dressing: In a bowl or jar whisk together white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegarand sugar until the sugar as dissolved. Stir in olive oil, honey, shallot, sesame seeds and poppy seeds until mixture is well blended.
Combine spinach, almonds and cranberries. Toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
