Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Set Instant Pot to saute and add olive oil and sirloin tips, diced onion, garlic salt, pepper and flour. Stir it around until coated a bit and browned.
Then add in the wine, beef broth and cream of mushroom. Close the lid and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Use the Manual setting on High Pressure for 35 minutes. It will take about 10 or so minutes to come to pressure. Once done let it release naturally. This took about 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes
If you are in a real hurry you can quick release. But letting it natural release gives the meat a little extra tenderness and allow that gravy to thicken a bit.
If gravy is not as thick as you desire remove a little of the gravy and add in a tablespoon or two of corn starch. Stir and return to Instant Pot and stir. Set to saute and let cook a few minutes until thickened.
