Ingredients
- 2 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 lb large peeled/deveined shrimp, tails removed, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Shrimp soup
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1 Tbs Sriracha
- 1 (8 oz) Velveeta mini blocks Pasteurized cheddar cheese
- Bagel chips (or baguette slices) for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Cup chives and shrimp. Preheat medium saucepan on medium 1-2 minutes. Place bacon and garlic in pan; cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until garlic is lightly browned. Stir in shrimp, cook 3 minutes.
Combine soup, milk, sriracha, and chives; add to shrimp mixture. Bring mixture to a simmer; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. to blend flavors.
Remove pan from heat; stir in cheeses until completely blended. Serve with bagel chips or baguette slices for dipping, if desired
