Ingredients
- 1 slab of St. Louis style ribs
- Kosher Salt
- Coarse Grind Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Heavy-duty Aluminum foil
- Parlay Squeeze Butter
- Honey
- Brown Sugar
- Yellow Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
– Season ribs with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt OR a spice blend of your choice. The ribs should be completely covered in seasoning.
– Cook the ribs in smoker at 225 for 2-4 hours.
– Remove ribs from smoker, and cover them in brown sugar, honey, mustard, and squeeze butter.
– Cook ribs for 2 more hours in smoker.
– Remove foil and put ribs back in the smoker, allowing the fire to set the glaze on the ribs.
