FISH*****Cod with Seeds of Change and Korean Rice Bowl Sauce

By

01/11/17 - Created on the fly to use a piece of cod I'd taken out for dinner. I had some Korean Rice or Noodle Bowl sauce in the fridge and this was born. Loved by both and Dan didn't find it too spicy!

Step 1

Salt and pepper then saute fish in olive oil in a covered non-stick skillet over medium-highish heat for about 2 - 3 minutes per side, until done. Remove from heat and set aside for a minute or two while you heat the rice.

Use a fork to flake the fish into largish pieces.

Divide rice between two bowls and top with fish. Spoon sauce over each and serve. Needs no additional rice or butter or seasoning.
