- 3 oz cream cheese, room temp.
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar till smooth. Spoon a generous tablespoon of filling down the center of each crepe. Roll up. Place seam side up on a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake 5 mins at 350F. (Or assemble ahead, cover and refrigerate till ready to serve. Add 3 mins to baking time.) Meanwhile, combine filling and pineapple. Spoon over warm crepes and sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
