Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl mix mustard, maple syrup, vinegar & sesame oil
2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
2. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken and set aside
4. Reduce heat to medium low. Add mustard mixture. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove chicken to pan and cook for about minutes
