  • 1 C House Autry Yellow SR Corn Meal
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 3/4 C Milk
  • 1/2 T Sugar
  • 1/2 T Sea Salt
  • Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Medium Bowl, Mix All Ingredients Well, Except Oil.

Large Skillet or Griddle, Add Oil, Enough to Coat Heavy.

Medium Heat, When Oil is Hot, Add Small Drop of Water, if it Sizzles & Disappears, Oil Ready.

Drop 1/4 Cup Mixture in Hot Oil, Cook Until Edges Brown & Bubbles Break on Surface, Turn Once.

Serve Hot
