Ingredients
- 2 (750 ml) bottles red wine
- 4 oz triple sec
- 3 oz brandy
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup*
- 1 large granny smith apple, cored and sliced
- 2 medium pears, cored and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Simple syrup can be made by bringing equal parts sugar and water to a boil over medium heat until a syrup consistency is reached

Preparation
Step 1
In a large carafe, combine the wine, triple sec, brandy, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Refrigerate at least two hours
Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish with apples, pears, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary sprigs.
