Meatballs

These delicious meatballs can be used in so many ways! Spaghetti with red sauce, noodles with mushroom cream sauce or Teriyaki sauce with rice to name just a few.

Ingredients
- Meatloaf mix plus ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- Chopped onions
- 2 garlic cloves, ground
- 1 tablespoon SP Italian spice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In bowl mix together all ingredients. With ice ream scoop make balls.
Bake for 45 minutes.
You can bag and freeze for later use.
Suggestions: Spaghetti with red sauce, noodles with mushroom cream sauce or Teriyaki sauce with rice.
