Sweet and Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts cut in thirds (12 pieces)
• bacon slices
• salt and pepper to taste
• chili powder to taste
• garlic powder to taste
• brown sugar to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
Coat an oven dish with nonstick spray
Cut each breast into 3 pieces
Season with spices
Wrap a bacon slice around each piece
Roll in brown sugar
Bake for 30-40 min or until chicken is baked through and bacon is crispy

Serve with mashed potatoes and some of the gravy from the chicken drizzled on top
