Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tbs minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 cans black beans and liquid (15 oz each)
- 2 tbs fresh orange juice
- 1 tbs minced chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp minced orange zest
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Sweat onion, garlic and coriander in oil in a saucepan over medium low heat, covered until onion softens, 5 minutes. Stir in beans, orange juice, chipotle, honey and zest; simmer until thickened 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice and season beans with salt.
