Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup + 2 teaspoon flour
3/4 cup milk + 1 tablespoon milk + teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Put oil or beef fat in pan, heat for 10 minutes

Add mix to pan 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Cook 15 to 25 minutes till nice and brown.
