Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Franks Original Red Hot Pepper Sauce
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 2 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 t. course ground pepper
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 4 chicken fillets & buns
- Mayo, french dressing, lettuce (tomato if desired)

Step 1
Preheat 6-8 c. oil in deep fryer to 350
Combine pepper sauce & water in shallow bowl.
Combine flour, slat & other spices in shallow bowl.
Pound each fillet to 3/8" thick.
Trim if necessary to fit bun.
Coat each fillet with flour; dredge in sauce; coat with flour again.
Set aside until all chicken is coated
Fry fillets for 8 to 12 min. or until golden brown & crispy.
Grill bun.
Add toppings.
