Ingredients

    Tsp. each; Butter, Salt, Celery Seed, Paprika, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce

  • Dash of Hot Sauce

    Oz. White Wine

  • 1

    Tablespoon Cocktail Sauce

  • 1/4

    Cup Clam Juice

  • 6

    Oz. Seafood; Shrimp, Oysters, Fish, Crab, Scallops or a combination

    Oz. Half & Half

Directions

Place all ingredients but the Half & Half in a double boiler. Bring mixture to a boil. Add Half & Half and let it come to a boil again. Put a pat of butter in a bowl and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with Paprika. Makes 1 serving.
