- 1-1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped shallot
- 1 cup aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- 1-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and white pepper to taste
