- 4 , 5oz. Salmon fillets
- 3/4 cup cider
- 1 T. Honey
- 1 t. chopped Rosemary
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. Kosher salt

Step 1
Whisk cider and honey together in a pan, bring to boil, stirring until reduced to 3T. Remove from heat and stir in garlic and rosemary. Place salmon skin side down , on baking sheet. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 mins. Spoon cider mixture evenly over fillets and broil until golden brown and glazed, about 2 minutes.
