Pizza Dough (for Pizza Oven)

(For the Pizza Oven)
The kitchen aid mixer can only handle the 5 c. recipe, do twice if needing to double)

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Water
• 3/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Yeast
• 5 Cups Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingred. together for 5 min. / left rst 5 min. / then mix another 5 min. Roll 6-8 6 oz. dough balls. place on greased cookie sheet and Pam spray the tops and cover with saran wrap.

Refrigerate overnight

Next day, take out of fridge an hour before using.
