Ingredients
- 12 oz. pork sausage
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain and cool. Place crescent rolls on floured pastry board; flatten and pinch seams together. Roll into 2 rectangles.
Sprinkle sausage and remaining ingredients on rectangle. Roll to enclose filling; seal edge.
Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices in 2 greased baking pans. Grill with lid down over medium-low indirect heat for 30-35 minutes or bake in a preheated 400-degree oven.
