Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless breasts
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
add to gallon ziplock and freeze. defrost in fridge overnight when ready to use
add to pot and cook manual 12 minutes
serve over oriental vegetables
