Ingredients
- Whipped cream in a can
- 1 box (4 serving size) vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ripe medium bananas, sliced
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 very ripe medium bananas, mashed (3/4 cup)
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
In 2-quart saucepan, stir pudding mix and 2 cups milk with wire whisk. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in sliced bananas. Cover to keep warm.
Heat waffle maker, If necessary, brush with vegetable oil before batter is added, or spray with cooking spray before heating. In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
Pour about 1/2 cup batter from pitcher onto center of hot waffle maker. Close lid. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Serve each waffle topped with about 1/3 cup banana mixture and 2 Tbsp. whipped cream.
