Ingredients

• oil
• onion
• garlic
• S&P
• 2 c spinach, chopped
• 1/2 c basil
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 T whole grain mustard
• 1.5 c peas
• pasta, cooked, for 4
• 1 c peas
• 1/3 c sun-dried tomatoes
• lemon juice, basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and blend sauce ingredients. Toss with pasta, peas. Garnish with lemon juice, basil.
