Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
- Zest from 1/2 orange (or 1 long strip 4" x 1/2")
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, 1/4 cup sugar, orange zest and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until cranberries have all popped. Taste and add more sugar if you wish, then let cool.
