Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup oil
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
blend in a large bowl cake mix, sugar, eggs, nectar and oil
beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
spread batter in greased and floured tube pan
bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until center springs back
cool right side up for about 15 minutes
then remove from pan
top with glaze
GLAZE
combine ingredients
pour over warm cake
