Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 large tomato purée
- 1 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 6oz tomato paste
- 1 t basil
- 2 T parsley
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t sage
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Sugar
- 1 1/2 c water
- Meatballs
- 1 # ground chuck
- 1 # ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 t parsley
- Clove garlic minced
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil then sweat onion till soft add garlic and cook till fragrant. Add the purée, sauce, paste, herbs, salt, pepper, and water. Add sugar to taste bring to simmer
Meatballs
Combine all the ingredients and mix until all incorporated. Shape into meatballs and drop into sauce. Continue simmering for 2 hours until meatballs cook through.
