Ingredients

6 potatoes peel grate/shred in food processor them put in strainer
4 eggs. Separated. Whip egg whites till stiff 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Onion chopped in copper
Table chicken fat
3 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix onion,fat egg yolks flour potatoes and starch of strained potatoes
Fold potato mix into egg whites very carefully
Heat pan with oil, chicken fat and butter
Use cookie scoop to place pancake in pan
