Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 slices of bread cut up in cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Gravy:
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken or beef broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add the bread to a large mixing bowl with milk and toss. Set aside soak bread.
Add the onions and cook til soft.
Add ground beef, onions, egg yolks, salt and pepper, nutmeg, and allspice.
Shape into meatballs.
Cook meatballs.
Make Gravy. Melt butter and flour pan and whisk. Add broth and mix gravy.
