Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 stp Salt
  • 3.5 oz bar Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup White Chocolate chips, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine oil, eggs, vanilla and mix. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and mix to form a dough. Divide the dough in half.

Melt the bar of dark chocolate in the microwave or double boiler. Add the melted chocolate to one portion of the dough and stir in the dark chocolate chips.

Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler. Add the melted white chocolate to the second portion of the dough, and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

Divide each portion of dough in half and form into 2 loaves approximately 3" wide. Place one white log of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and then place a dark log of dough directly on top of it, smoothing thee edges over with your fingers. Repeat with second log.

Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool for 15 minutes, then slice loaves into 1" slices.
