Mini Meatloaves

• 1 egg
• 3/4 c milk
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c quick cooking oats
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2/3 c ketchup
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• 1.5 tsp mustard

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into 8 mini meatloaves. Place on parchment paper on baking dish.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread over each meatloaf.
350, 45 minutes.
