Chicken Wings - Honey Glaze

Wonderful non spicy chicken wings for the softy who doesn't like heat.

Ingredients
- 2 dozen chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Wisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Trim off extra skin from chicken and pat dry
Dredge in the dry mixture
Bake for 30-35 minutes (flip once around 15-20 minutes)
While baking, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Mix until the sugar is melted
Take chicken out, set oven to broil and move rack to the top. Smother the wings in sauce and broil for 5-7 minutes. (coat them twice if possible)
