- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 2 teaspoons hazelnut or almond oil
- 1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots, cranberries or raisins or combination
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- small pinch of Maldon salt

Step 1
Core the apples; cut into wedges. Place in a bowl and toss with the oil to coat wedges evenly.
Place the apples in the ActiFry pan. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the apricots, maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender and well-glazed.
