- 2 cups self-rising flour, plus extra flour for dusting
- 1/2 cup dried milk powder
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and seal in a resealable plastic bag to take camping.
To mix dough: Mix dry ingredients and 1 cup water in a bowl. Mix using a spatula until a sticky dough forms. Add more flour to keep dough from sticking. Divide dough equally into 4 sections. Dust the inside of pie irons with additional flour and stretch one ball of dough into one side of a double pie-iron. Place ingredients (such as pizza filling or hot dogs in dough). Dust the other side of the pie iron with more flour and stretch another ball of dough into the iron. Clamp the pie iron shut and place on hot coals until dough is cooked through—approximately 15 mins, rotating every 5 minutes.
