Reuben Dip
By gMinor
What an excellent and hearty dip for game day. Goes great on crackers or chips but... It's also good enough to put on toasted bread or make an open face sandwich with. Always a hit.

Preparation
Step 1
Chop everything (cheeses and corned beef) into smallish pieces. Usually between a square centimeter and inch. Layer it all in a crock pot and top with the dressing. Cook on high for about an hour, then stir to mix it up. Leave on hi and it will be ready within an hour. If it cooks longer, the edges will form a cheesy 'crust' which may be desirable.
If in a hurry, just mix everything in a microwave safe bowl and nuke until warm and creamy.
